Refund Policy

You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be deducted from your material credit or refund for any returned Goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refrigerant cylinders must have the tamper-evident seal intact around the valve.

Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You may contact FluoroFusion for a Return Authorization by contacting your local sales representative or emailing returns@fluorofusion.com. After receiving a Return Authorization, please ship the item to the address provided by the customer service representative.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment or issue a material credit.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the cancellation will not be processed.
